Over the past few years, we have been on the lookout for talented and hardworking people who are eager to learn, grow, and bring in new company perspectives. Our company has developed significantly in the past decade, with several departments emerging in the process.

Project Management and Recruitment Teams are the fastest-growing departments within Field Scope International, considering fieldwork as our core business.

In addition, we have developed supporting departments to ensure a smooth-running operational frame and welcomed new members to our HR, IT, Quality Control, Cost Management, Finance and Marketing departments.

On our Careers page, you will find all current openings and will be able to apply for any of them. Should there currently not be an opening suitable to your skills – you have an option of submitting your CV to be recorded on our database, so we can keep you informed on any future opportunities.

Our hiring process is simple, quick and it consists out of 4 steps:

  • CV Screening
  • Online Interview
  • Testing
  • Hiring Manager’s Interview

CV Screening Process

As soon as your application is in our system, a member of our HR team will review it and conclude if you are a suitable candidate for the position you applied for. They might give you a call to clarify any details you have outlined and check your references. Should you not qualify, and you agreed that we keep your CV on our records, our HR team member will make sure that you are contacted as soon as we have a more suited opening. Otherwise, you can expect a call when your online interview will be scheduled.

Our HR team works diligently to make sure everyone who applies for an opening gets notified about the outcome of their application.

Online Video Interview

Online Video Interviews would be scheduled to be conducted via web conferencing platform. We understand that everyone has a tight schedule, and we are doing our best to make the interviewing process convenient for everyone involved. The purpose of this interview is to get to know you better and for you to highlight anything you find important from your resume whilst conversing to one of our department heads.

You can expect to be asked about your previous experiences and educational background. Additionally, this is a great time for you to find out more about our business, so use this opportunity to ask about anything that perhaps, potentially seemed unclear on our website. Our team would be sure to provide you with all the details.

Testing Round

We have developed tests designed to show us the level of your skills and any room for improvement. Tests differ depending on the position you applied for. However, you will be notified beforehand what type of test you would be required to take.

Once completed, the tests are reviewed, and you will be notified about the results at an agreed time.

Hiring Manager’s Interview

If your test scores were satisfactory, you will receive a call from our HR department who will schedule a meeting with yourself and our Hiring Manager. During this interview you will be able to talk more about your experiences, drives and aspirations. Additionally, you will find out everything about the terms and conditions of employment, contractual obligations, and salary amount and growth pace.

Upon interviewing all applicants, we will select the candidate who has proven as most suitable for the opening role All candidates are notified about the outcome of the interview by our HR team.
