Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for:

Project Coordinator

ČAČAK Office

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You’ll oversee logistics, timelines, and communication while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Coordinate and manage multiple market research projects simultaneously
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Work closely with recruitment, data, and operations teams to ensure project delivery
• Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards throughout all phases of the project

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in project management, market research, or business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A problem-solver with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Previous experience in market research or a client-facing role is a plus

Working Hours: 10am to 6 pm Serbian time
Location: Čačak
