Trainee Compliance Officer

Trainee Compliance Officer

About the Role:

As a Trainee Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our company adheres to industry regulations and maintains the highest standards of compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to uphold best practices in data protection, quality assurance, and risk management. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in compliance within a dynamic and international working environment.

As a Trainee Compliance Officer, your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring compliance with CQC, ICO, ISO, and Cyber Essentials regulations.
• Conducting internal audits to maintain and update certifications.
• Liaising with external regulatory agencies such as the NHS and CQC.
• Developing and improving compliance policies and processes.
• Supporting GDPR compliance and maintaining accurate records.
• Identifying risks and proposing improvements to compliance practices

Candidate requirements and skills:

• Experience in compliance (healthcare, IT, or recruitment preferred), but not required.
• Understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using compliance systems and reporting tools.

The job requires working in the Čačak office (not remote), with English as the working language.
