Junior Marketing Assistant

Field Scope International delivers fieldwork recruiting services in Healthcare, B2B and Consumer sectors across the globe. Our offices are in London, New York, Belgrade, Čačak and Blantyre [Malawi] with multilingual and experienced project managers and recruiters. We are covering Western, Central, Eastern European and US markets. Our offices successfully operate for more than 15 years and with workforce of over 20 multilingual staff members. We are looking for proactive individuals who are keen to begin their career in the market research industry and are customer and goal oriented with highly developed organizational skills.

Junior Marketing Assistant

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Supporting digital marketing campaigns and internal communication projects
• Helping maintain and update the website and blog
• Coordinating with the design and sales teams for branded content and presentations
• Assisting with email campaigns and newsletter creation (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Reporting on campaign performance and basic analytics
• Helping with marketing event support and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: University degree (or in final year); Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
• Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level required)
• Skills & Tools:
  • Familiarity with social media, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar tools
  • Competent in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Mindset:
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Creative with good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
