Personal Assistant to Directors

We are looking for a graduate, qualified and self-driven individual who exhibits compassion and kindness in their daily work and will be responsible on daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, as well as providing support to both Executive and Managing director. As a Personal Assistant, your key responsibilities will be:
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Executive Director/Managing Director
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Organising events and conferences
• Reminding the Executive/Managing director of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Miscellaneous tasks to support their directors, which will vary according to the daily requests and queries

Candidate requirements and skills:
• University degree in relevant field (Economy, Administration, Management etc)
• Good verbal and written language skills for English – Equivalent to C1 (required)
• Administrative and secretarial support experience would be considered as an advantage
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Computer skills (MS Office) and message interception
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

This is an entry level role, therefore, applicants with little to no experience are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:
• UK shift: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT + 1
