About the Role:

As our Marketing Assistant, you will be an essential part of our Marketing Department, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, enhancing our digital presence, and helping us connect with our audiences across multiple platforms.

As a Trainee Compliance Officer, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and our website
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce promotional materials
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Help manage and grow our CRM and contact databases
  • Support in organizing events and webinars

Candidate requirements and skills:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms or CMS (like WordPress) is a plus

Working Hours: 10am to 6 pm Serbian time
Location: In-office, Čačak
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
