Junior Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

As a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads to drive business growth. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will identify potential clients, create a strong sales pipeline, and ensure an exceptional experience for all prospects.

As a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, your key responsibilities will be:

• Research and identify new leads through online tools, databases, and social platforms
• Qualify leads through initial communication and assess their potential fit
• Manage and maintain an organized database of leads in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to transition qualified leads
• Support marketing campaigns by identifying target audiences and engaging prospects
• Track, measure, and report on lead generation metrics and performance

Candidate requirements and skills:

• Good verbal and written language skills English – at least B2 level (required)
• University degree (Recent graduates/final-year students would be considered too)
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent computer skills, in particular with MS Office/Google Workspace
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• The job requires working in Čačak office (not remote), with English as the working language
